Adventures in the redwood forests of northern California, starting in Santa Cruz and ending on Mt. Shasta, including a Fourth-of-July in San Francisco.

Day 22 - Santa Cruz -> San Bruno CA
Exploring the redwoods with friends in Santa Cruz.
Day 23 - San Bruno -> Novato CA
A Fourth-of-July bike ride around Golden Gate Park and Haight-Ashbury in San Francisco.
Day 24 - Novato -> Muir Woods CA
An afternoon in Bolinas, and an early-evening hike in the tall trees of Muir Woods.
Day 25 - Muir Woods -> Calistoga CA
A walkabout in Berkeley, and dodging commuters and wine freaks to find a camp site in wine country.
Day 26 - Calistoga -> Fort Bragg CA
A drive out of wine country and through the redwoods to Mendocino.
Day 27 - Fort Bragg -> Bridgeville CA
A Sunday of driving in the redwoods.
Day 28 - Bridgeville -> Mount Shasta CA
We cross the mountains again from the coolness of the coast to the heat of Redding, and find our way to Mt. Shasta.
